|
The establishing shot shows the location of the video to the audience and shows the adventurous scenery of London.

This shot instantly shows the audience the feel good and vibrant city of London, this will encourage the audience to enjoy the locations.

We will provide different angles and views of different locations, we will use quick cuts to keep the fast pace of the song going.

Close ups
|
The close ups will establish the couples intimacy towards each other and will demonstrate the actors having fun in a relationship.

Close ups will also be used to show the male actors emotional facial expressions of being upset because of the break up.

Most people have been in relationships so they can relate to the scenario; this will allow the audience to understand the story more and relish special memories with their loved ones.

The audience will be compassionate towards the male actor as everyone can understand emotional pain.

Most close ups will be bint eh middle of the frame to draw attention to the relationship, we can also have the couple to be on the far right or left of the frame to show the beautiful scenery of London. Slow-motion will also be used to symbolise that time slows down when they are together.

We will use a mix of slow motion and fast motion to symbolise the intensity of the break up.

Shot reverse shot will also be used for the close ups to show their emotional state towards each other.

This will be used to convey the idea that the couple are slowly drifting apart from each other, they can also highlight the famous land marks of London.

The audience will sympathise for the male actor as most people have gone through a break up.

These shots will be used to track the good and bad moments of their relationship.

Again this will get a compassionate fell from the audience as most people will understand what it is to be like in a relationship and what it is to break up from a relationship.

We will have a mix of quick and long tracking shots to show what they are doing and to show how a relationship can be long lasting and to show how a relationship can end suddenly.

These shots will be used to show the good and the bad of a relationship.

This will show the audience how quickly a relationship can go from happiness and fun to arguing and sadness.

During these shots the couple will be in the centre to gain attention to them but they will also be to the side a bit more to show the land marks that they have visited together.

|
These shots will be used to show the starting of the breakup of the relationship, also these shots will show good time that the couples are having.

These shots convey the idea that there are good parts and bad parts of all relationships, the medium close up symbolises that something’s not right in the relationship anymore.

These will put the audience into the eyes of the couple, it was also highlight the famous land marks of London.

This will make the audience feel more empathetic and compassionate for the couple as they see first hand the negatives and positives of the couple’s relationship, this will also relate them as most people have been in a relationship and broken up from one.

We can use pans and tilt ups to show the way that the POV of the person is looking.

These are our ideas for the cinematography of the video but this may change during filming as we may get different ideas during this time.
